I became aware of Hearingworks in Kew through their letter box drop. Having called in unannounced off the street to seek a hearing test, I was graciously received by Jenni and an appointment was made. Nicole the audiologist did some further hearing tests and helped me choose my hearing aids. The service, professionalism, patience, attention to detail and on-going care have been excellent. I highly recommend their services.

I have been wearing hearing aids for a number of years and some months ago I decided I needed new aids, as the old ones were getting old. I went to Hearingworks, as I thought I would try a new audiologist and it is close to my home.

I found Nicole to be really helpful and knowledgeable, and nothing was too much trouble for her. She has spent a lot of time with me and discussed the various options of hearing aids available.

The follow-up service after I bought my new aids was excellent, with fortnightly appointments for some time afterwards for fine tuning and to discuss any issues I may have had.

I would readily recommend Nicole to my friends and to anyone who may be having hearing problems.
